We value your business and endeavor to provide you with quality materials and supplies at a low cost.
Speed: We are mosaic artists ourselves and know from experience that when we order
materials for something we’re working on, we want them delivered as soon as possible. Most orders we receive are processed on the same day and shipped by the next
business day.
Payment: We accept online payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express. You can pay by personal check or money order by placing your order by telephone. Orders will not be sent until your check has been received and cleared.
(Never send orders with your credit card information by email.)
State Tax: Massachusetts residents are charged a 6.25% sales tax.
Security & Privacy: We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Our
online order processing is on a secure server and all information is sent via SSL encryption. Your credit card information is processed through Authorize.net, the
most trusted and widely used online payment systems. We do not store your credit card information online or in our records.
Cookies: Our online store uses cookies to store information about your purchasing
selections. A "cookie" is a data file that is written to your computer's hard drive. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies; however this can be disabled.
If you choose to not accept cookies, you will not be able to use our online shopping cart system. You can place your order by phone by calling us at

Privacy: Your personal contact information is strictly secure and will never be
shared, sold, or traded with anyone else.
Shipping: UPS is our preferred method of shipping. You can select UPS Ground,
2nd Day Air, or Overnight delivery. UPS requires a physical address for shipment and will not deliver to a post office box. NOTE: All Mosaic
Rocks! Press orders will be shipped on the Saturday following the day you placed the order. Thank you!
2nd Day and Overnight delivery is based on when the package is shipped. We will make every effort to give your
order priority and get it out the same day; however, this may always not be possible. Please place these orders before noon eastern time.
USPS Priority Mail is another option and may be faster than UPS. If it is possible to fit your order in a flat
rate box, we will do so and credit you the difference in shipping costs.
International Orders: We accept orders from outside the United States. Canadian
customers are welcome to use our online order processing. If you are outside the US and Canada, you can fax or call us with your order. Our telephone number is

MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will find the best way to ship your order and will contact you by email with the cost of shipping. Please note that
shipping costs do not include import duties and other fees which may be assessed by your country.

Office Hours: Our online store is always open. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm
(Eastern time), Monday through Friday.
Returns: We will accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of
purchase. Sample Boards, books, tools, advertising space, and exhibition entry fees are not returnable.
You must call to get pre-approval before sending any item back to us. You will pay shipping costs for returned
items. We will reimburse your the original purchase price for the returned item. |
